Hello my fellow home millers and whole grain bakers! 🌾 I created this set of three printable pdf charts as a resource to help me convert my whole grain bread recipes from grams to approximate volume measures, not only for flour, but for whole grains too! These charts contain grain-flour-grams conversions for a number of commonly used whole grains, as well as a number of gluten free grains and other commonly used ingredients in my bread recipes.
This printable contains:
PAGE 1 Cover and information page, including measuring tips.
PAGE 2 A Quick Guide cheat sheet page with a general conversion table that will be reasonably accurate for most whole grains and whole grain flours. This page also includes conversion tables for water, salt, sourdough starter and instant dried yeast.
PAGE 3 The Wheat and Co. page which includes tables for modern hard wheat, soft white wheat, heritage red wheat, spelt, rye, khorasan, barley and oats.
PAGE 4 The Gluten Free grain page which includes tables for brown rice, millet, sorghum, buckwheat, quinoa, starches and gel ingredients/binders.

Hello 👋
Some of my YouTube viewers asked how they can support me in the work I do with Elly's Everyday. So I created a page here to allow people to 'buy me a coffee' or give a donation of any size of their choosing.
Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated and helps fund the time I spend producing videos and website resources.
Thanks so much for your support! 🌻
