I am a passionate digital designer based in Scotland, specialising in 1:12 scale dollhouse miniatures and props for 3D printing.

My Work

I create detailed digital STL files for dollhouses, dioramas, tabletop scenes and other creative projects. My designs include realistic, stylised and fantasy-inspired miniatures.

My Memberships

My memberships are for supporters, miniature enthusiasts and makers.

Depending on the level, members can receive Etsy discounts, vote on future designs, suggest new ideas and follow work-in-progress updates when a selected project moves into development.

New projects are created with care and may not follow a fixed schedule. Member suggestions and votes help inspire what I may design next.

The Merchant membership also includes a Commercial Use Licence, valid while the membership remains active and subject to the Licence Terms & Conditions below.

📢 Personal Use License

Granted Rights

You are allowed to make as many physical copies of the product as you like for personal use. You may also give these physical prints as gifts to family or close friends.

Restrictions

You may not resell, give away, share, or otherwise redistribute the digital file.

Physical prints cannot be sold or used for profit.

Printing

You can use a third-party company or ask a friend to print the designs for you, as long as the prints are for personal use or as gifts, and not for profit. Copyright© Elise Little-Things

📢 Commercial Use License: Merchant Tier

Granted Rights

As a licensee, you can only sell the physical version of the models through specific online sites. These include Etsy, Offerup, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Amazon Handmade. Additionally, you are allowed to sell the prints locally through in-person events and trade shows.

As an authorized seller, you bear significant responsibility. We grant you access to use our work without the risk of a copyright strike or an infringement notice, provided you are an All Access Pass Member. Your license remains active as long as you maintain an active membership to the plan. If your plan ends, you will lose the license rights and the ability to sell our designs.

General Conditions

You cannot sell the RAW digital files. The rights granted to you do not include resin or metal casting, nor do they cover injection molding (mass production). Additionally, no file modifications are allowed without prior approval (e.g., magnet slots).

Selling Restrictions

Selling 3D printed models to third-party shops for profit is strictly not allowed. Any third parties wishing to profit from our designs must obtain their own license.

File Sharing Restrictions

You are not permitted to post designs or work for free on sites such as Markerworld, Cults3D, Printables, or any other file-sharing sites, even if it's for non-financial gain (e.g., points or tokens).

Online Sales Requirements

If you are selling online, you must provide us with the platforms you use. You can do this by contacting us at eliselittlethings [!at] gmail.com

Subscription and Advertisement

Changing your pledge to a lower tier will revoke your Merchant rights. The Commercial Use License is only valid while you remain subscribed to a tier that provides a commercial license. Should you lose the Commercial Use License, you must immediately cease selling our printed models.

When advertising printed files, you should reference the Elise Little-Things brand as follows:       ** The STL files are licensed 3D models from Elise Little-Things.

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Please only subscribe to this tier if you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
