About Emma
I have worked with children and their families for over 12 years. I have seen the damage to families from protracted court proceedings when parents cannot afford a solicitor, this can be a barrier to making an application so they can see their children and also in responding to the court when the other parent has made an application. Its really unfair and I aim to help people by sharing my knowledge for free with you so you can learn the skills you need to face this injustice.
