July’s Festival Preview Salon

Tuesday the 30th of July, 2024, 7pm, Live and on Zoom 

It's Festival in Edinburgh, so we'll be sharing news of what's coming up in Town in August, plus looking further ahead and further afield!

The end of July is nigh, and the month of Festivity in our Literary City about to begin, so our Salon this month will be all about Festivals near and far. Edinburgh International Book Festival is coming; there's also the Edinburgh International Film Festival, and in the following months we'll have our good friends from the Edinburgh Writers’ Forum running the next Edinburgh Women’s Fiction Festival followed by this year's Bloody Scotland, Scotland's International Crime Writing Festival. We look forward to welcoming people to speak about all these festivals and more.

We’ll be at The Outhouse again, and after the usual drinks reception from 6.30, we’ll livestream the presentation on Zoom at 7pm, lasting around 40 minutes.

SAVE THE DATE: NOW WE ARE SIX! – OUR ANNUAL FESTIVE BIRTHDAY BASH

We change our regular Salon date in August to coincide with the Festivity, and this year our Birthday Bash will be on the 20th, in the Outhouse Courtyard.

We'll release details and booking for this shortly after the July Salon is over, so keep an eye open.
