*Ecovillage Findhorn Community Benefit Society (with charity status) is the legal entity conducting the community buy-in/out from the Findhorn Foundation on behalf of the community's members and friends.

EF and the community are taking on building the new community centre, as well as buying-out the Universal Hall, guest buildings, village green, Phoenix shop building, nature sanctuary, quiet garden, arts and family buildings, and all the rest of the land, building and assets which Findhorn Foundation is releasing as the Trust winds down.
