Über Loraine Makowski-Heaton
Echoes from the Mountain is a podcast by Loraine at Gracious Mountain Therapies and is a space for mindfulness, inspiration, and discovering the healing power in our hands and our hearts.
In my work I have noticed how hobbies and crafts can help people to focus on the good things around them and lift them up through adversities that we face from time to time whether it be stress in the workplace or at home, anxiety or even a bereavement, the healing power IS in our hands and hearts.
A small 'coffee' can help me to produce this podcast and keep it going for all those that need that boost in their daily life.
