I’m Dmitry. I started NOC long ago to automate my routine tasks — and over time it has grown into the de-facto open-source standard for network management. Despite its adoption by leading telecoms, NOC remains free for everyone to use.

I also run Gufo Labs, a private Italian R&D and software development company. Beyond research, I’m building Gufo Stack - a collection of tools and libraries for network programming, forming the cornerstone of NOC. My goal is to deliver world-class tools, drawing on my experience in programming and network management.
