I've worked with technology solutions for 30 years, much of which was for the Air Force and public sector clients. I'm an Ex-Cofounder for B2B tech, having twice built a product that allowed the company to achieve their exit strategy of being purchased by a larger company.
I'm now available as a fractional Product Executive, do individual coaching and group instructions, and have a Blog called the Product Philosopher, found on LinkedIn, Medium and Substack.
My Ideal clients are tech startups and small- to mid-sized business who may or may not have a CTO or Engineering lead, but the team is struggling on how “do” technical product development. I often work with teams that are trying to be"Product Led" mindset, making sure they prioritize for customer value, and not their own business value (most teams need to realize they must parse out the Product Development from the Product Strategy, Marketing and Revenue)
In a nutshell, I enjoy helping individuals and teams solve problems with technology, and improve the world around them, one step, one task, one goal, one solution at a time.
