Hey everyone!
I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates with you all. Lately, I’ve been deeply immersed in my art, drawing inspiration from some incredible artists like Alberto Ruiz, Oscar Martin, Sean Galloway, and Dan Panosian. Their work has really motivated me to push my own style further, and I’m more driven than ever to create something truly special.
I’ve also been reflecting on some valuable advice I received recently: “Done is better than perfect.” It’s a reminder to keep moving forward and not get bogged down by perfectionism—something I think many of us can relate to. With that in mind, I’m excited to share that I’m working on a rough cut of the Dirk Domingo mini-series. This will be a penciled version, paired with lettering, that I’ll be releasing to give you all a sneak peek into the process and direction of the series.
This rough cut is not just a preview but a part of my journey as an artist, where I’m embracing the raw, unpolished energy of pencils. It’s also an opportunity to get feedback from you, my community, as I continue to develop the final version. I’m planning to launch this rough cut soon, and I hope you’ll find it as exciting as I do!
