This project reconstructs the story of the SS Dresden (1889) and the nearly 1,800 people who arrived in Argentina during one of the most silenced episodes of our immigration history.

The first milestone of the project to make visible the story was the production of the documentary. That was done in 2009.

Now is the time to print the story. The book is just the second milestone.

The work continues with archives, documents, testimonies, and contact with descendants in Argentina, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.
