Support DrCharlotteSTL

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I help sensitive people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and create more space for steadiness, healing, and self-trust.

My work is rooted in the belief that sensitivity is not something to fix, but rather, an intelligence to listen to. Through nervous system-aware care, embodied practices, and spiritually grounded support, I create spaces where body, heart, and spirit can come back into conversation.

As an Indigenous Mexican-American woman, my relationship to cacao, prayer, sound, and ancestral connection shapes the reverence I bring to this work. I hold ceremonial cacao and sound healing spaces as gentle invitations to slow down, listen inward, and remember the wisdom already moving within you.

I’m also a chiropractor, acupuncturist, and Reiki Master Teacher with more than 11 years of experience supporting people through pain, chronic stress, emotional transition, and the deeper work of coming home to themselves. Through writing, meditations, hands-on care, and community gatherings, I create resources and experiences for highly sensitive people, empaths, and seekers.

If something I’ve shared has helped you feel more grounded, seen, or connected to yourself, you’re warmly welcome to support this work. Your contribution helps sustain the resources, offerings, and community spaces I continue to create.

No pressure, ever. Whether you choose to buy me a cup of cacao or simply spend time here, I’m grateful you found your way to this space.
