Board-Certified Internist | Holistic Medicine Pioneer | Physician with Lived Experience.

My hands have adjusted ventilator settings in ICUs and formed chains at protests. They've inserted central lines in hospitals and distributed Narcan on the streets. Over the past 15 years, my journey has taken me from teaching medical students and residents to serving in homeless shelters, COVID shelters, street medicine clinics, and protest medicine. I've started medical camps, provided jail support, offered free telemedicine. Medical school textbooks taught me about disease. My US residency trained me in evidence-based protocols. But my most profound teacher has been my own lived experience with severe chronic illness and recovery. My journey took me from rounding in hospital wards to embracing energy medicine and ancient medical wisdom. I've come to understand healing not as solely a personal endeavor, but as a pathway to collective liberation. These discoveries have transformed me forever, and now fuel my mission to create and share paradigms for truly holistic healing.
