This Week’s Blog — Busy Days, Retro Joy & Channel Goals
Hello all and everyone, hope your week has been good. I almost forgot to write this blog today — it’s been a busy one with family bits and working on doing up our home. Never a quiet moment.
Channel‑wise, things are going well. Views are up a little, which is always nice to see. But I really want to push harder and find more time to grow the channel properly. At the moment I blog on Saturdays, film on Sundays, and record my gameplay hangout on Wednesdays. I need to carve out more time to plan better video ideas, look at what’s working, and keep pushing towards 1,000 subscribers, then 10,000. I really want to make something of this, and it’s going to take more time and effort — but watch this space.
One thing that’s been bringing me a lot of joy is my Sinclair PC200. It’s now fully set up in the studio and I’ve been having little play sessions on it from time to time. I’m so happy it’s finally fixed. If you didn’t know already, the screen is repaired and working beautifully, so I can use this lovely machine whenever I like.
The FB Group is flying at the moment. We’ve had some great posts this week — hello if you’re reading this from the page. The Admin team work hard to keep it safe, friendly, and fun. I’ll keep posting on there, and feel free to do the same. If you’re new and need a link, just comment.
I’m still deep into CivNet on one of my retro laptops, and even though I tried some newer games on the PS5, I keep coming back to the classics. I even had a go on Civ1, and that was such a cool throwback.
