This Week’s Blog — New House, Busy Days & Still Gaming!
We’re buying a house! Me and my little Family are buying a House. It’s a real exciting time, but with everything going on, life has become a bit of a whirlwind. Between the move coming up, other projects, and all the usual day‑to‑day stuff, I’ve had a little less time for making videos. Even so, I always try to make time for this fun blog for you guys — it’s one of my favourite things to do outside of normal life stuff.
With things being so busy at the moment, I’m sticking to gameplay videos for now. They’re easier to record, they’re fun, and I genuinely enjoy making them. Once life settles down and I’ve got more time again, I’ll be jumping back into my retro tech videos and all the other ideas I’ve been planning.
Game‑wise, I’ve been mixing it up a bit lately — still playing CivNet (of course!), but also dipping into Age of Empires 2 and a few others to keep things fresh.
I’m also planning to keep working on the channel and the other platforms. The FB Group has been brilliant lately — some amazing posts, great retro builds, and the Admin Team has been doing an awesome job running it for me. Couldn’t ask for a better crew.
Lots going on, but thanks so much for reading and sticking with me through the busy times.
Check out my latest videos, and if you’d like to support what I do, you can buy us a coffee — it really helps.
You guys rock!
Dave
