Kaufe Doodles By Tasker einen Kaffee

I enjoy sketching in a loose, urban style and watercolour painting in general. My Art journey has started after the finish of my professional career (39 years in Information Technology). I became discouraged with art early in my education and laid down my pencil for nearly 50 years. In 2024, I came across some ‘urban sketch’ creators which inspired me to give it a go. I am now enjoying creating loose, characterful representations, particularly buildings. My style embraces celebrating the ‘faults’ that adopting a wilfully ‘loose’ sketching style creates. I’ve finally found the it is the ‘errors’ that create the character. I want to share my art to encourage others, it’s never too late to try. Embrace and delight in the process and do not compare the outcome of your efforts to the reference/other artists - it is just the reference and what comes out is your interpretation. Funds raised are to support the purchase of materials.
