Sometimes the end product is different, and that's okay

I had created a pour that when it originally got onto the canvas, it looked like a big land mass surrounded by water and it almost looked like a top down map, and in my head I decided that once it dried I was going to put a compass on it and title it some far off land and make a whole lore for it. But then it dried. Once it was dry the original landmass spread out across the canvas and splotched out in certain places. The oil conglomerated and made a weird spot in the center. It just didn't come out the way I expected, and that's okay. Sometimes we need gentle reminders not to count the chickens before the eggs hatch and this was mine!
