Achetez un Coffee à A Different Side of Japan

Hi, I'm Donny 👋🏻

I’m a fractional CMO and Japan travel blogger who has been documenting the country’s many hidden gems since 2016.

My goal has always been to connect international fans of Japan with the attractions, destinations, and local businesses they would love if they only knew they existed.

Today, I use the proceeds from my blog and social media content to fund the pro bono consulting I provide to struggling Japanese craftsmen and small businesses.

By helping them navigate the digital age and better sell online, I hope to ensure that their skills, traditions, and livelihoods survive for the next generation.

If you’d like to support both my travel content and this mission, I’d be honored if you bought me a coffee!
