I’m a somatic sex educator, embodiment facilitator, and guide for deep personal transformation. For over a decade I’ve helped people move past stories that hold them back and step into greater connection, pleasure, intimacy, confidence, and embodied presence.

My work blends somatic psychology, Tantra, embodiment practices, kink and consent frameworks (like the Wheel of Consent), breath and movement, and trauma-sensitive, heart-centered facilitation. I support people who know they want more... More connection, more freedom, more clarity, but need guidance to get there in a safe, embodied way.
