Dear Monitoring Enthusiasts,
I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to each member of our discerning community for contributing to the success of my YouTube journey. At the moment when I am writing this post we have reached 13,679 Subscribers, 2 million views and 132200 watch hours in total. Just think about it, 15 calendar years of non-stop watching my content! When I posted my first video in 2018 I had absolutely no idea that it could reach these levels and appreciation from all the Zabbix community.
Many things have changed since I started this, and there were many silent periods that followed with burst of new videos and ended up in another silent period. I always tend to share as much as I can, on topics that are interesting for majority and hopefully also helps them solve the problems. It is not a healthy thing for creators, but I monitor analytics of every video that I post for you, daily, trying to understand how well was this video received and what lessons could I learn for further videos.
Quite often I receive questions like where can people share their support in financial way ( which helps a lot by the way ). And I also tried many things including Patreon and YouTube memberships. I must admit that I eventually moved away from those because platform cut is almost a half from donation. BMC is much friendlier for creators and policies are more then acceptable.
I always ask myself what extra value could I provide for biggest supporters. And that's been the main question and thing for me all the time - how to provide maximal value and help you solve your problems. All the content I create is absolutely for free and accessible to anyone, that's sort of the main purpose of my channel. And that's also the main reason why I struggle to figure out additional perks for my supporters here.
The only thing that I can do, Is express my sincere gratitude to each of you.
