🧾 I built a free resume builder — here's why

Most resume builders out there are either paywalled, push you toward a subscription, or give you templates that look great on screen but break the moment you export to PDF.

And the free ones? Bloated with ads, limited exports, or they lock the good templates behind a $15/month plan just to download your own resume.

On top of that, most templates encourage you to keep adding — more sections, more color, more pages. But the truth is: a clean, one-page resume is still the gold standard. Recruiters spend an average of 7 seconds on a resume. One page, well structured, forces you to be intentional about what you include.

That's the philosophy behind this tool. No bloat. No noise. Just a clean, focused one-page resume that you control completely.

This tool is free and will stay free. But the hours I put into building and maintaining it add up. If this helped you land an interview or saved you an afternoon of frustration — a coffee means I keep building.

What it does
