Thank you for engaging with my work. I am a full-time yoga and somatic movement teacher, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and I teach Buddhist Dharma.

I share what I love and practice through classes and retreats, and through weekly writing and Dharma talks. My intention is for my work to support us all in deepening our connection to embodiment, and in caring for our minds and hearts as we care for the world.
