Offri un caffè a Kamila

Hi, I’m Kamila 😊

After graduating from University, I headed for adventure. I have been traveling externally for a few years – I have visited and lived in different countries which extremely influenced and opened my mind. Eventually, I settled in Iceland where I started traveling internally this time.

Through constantly experiencing different things and letting my curiosity take over, I was able to grasp incredible opportunities that brought me where I am at the moment. Along the way, I have learned that the most important is to move forward with persistence, motivate yourself, and listen to your intuition. And while doing so, be attentive to your mind and its overflowing thoughts.

So for the past 5 years, I have been re-programming myself using different methods. I kept exploring self-development and spirituality. I discovered the enormous power of breathwork, movement, and sound and understood that our subconscious mind has the ability to heal us. Holistic and conscious living became part of me.

I created this project to share the powerful methods that have transformed my life. Cause given the right environment and tools, we are able to change our habits and behaviors that no longer serve us. And through discovering ourselves, we can become better and more compassionate human beings.

I am grateful for each experience that supported me in expanding, growing, and opening my mind. Now I strive to bring people together, create communities, and boost awareness about the importance of mental health and movement.

Thank you so much for every cup! I assure you that your contribution will be used properly to develop this project. ❤️

Also, I appreciate your support as I truly love spending time in the coffee house where I can reflect on life and write and share my insights with you.

With love,

K.
