I’m currently aiming to raise $5,000, primarily for housing.

I've been back in New York for the past 5 months after living abroad for 2 years, and I've been fighting hard to rebuild stability. Since January, every job I've applied to has ended in rejection or silence. I've followed up, asked for feedback, pitched ideas, and rebuilt my materials many times, but I've only had 3 interviews in the past 5 months and no job offers in the past 2.5 years.

I'm an educator and creative professional with more than 2 decades of experience. I have taught in 15 U.S. states and five countries, and I continue to build my work through my own brand initiatives, my children’s book, and other creative projects.

BUT

I cannot rebuild without support.

I have no family, nor safety net and very little emotional support. I'm fundraising for short-term housing, phone service, and basic survival while I keep applying for work and trying to rebuild.
