The makings of a Worshiper.

Read before you listen. :) This song means so much to me, and I am so blessed that my brothers, Mike and Tony from Hazakim, brought it to life. Their talent far surpasses my abilities, and I was very honored they chose to join me anyway. As a disciple of Jesus, one of the greatest joys that I carry with me in the midst of storms, is praise and worship. Being able to enter His presence with thanksgiving and praise, because of my admiration for Him, is such a great joy. But, that wasn't always the case. I was a good runner, and I would run to everything and everyone else but God. I was a good complainer during storms, until the Lord taught me how to suffer well. I start my verse "Weeping endures for a night, but joy came in the morning light", to emphasize that joy should stem from the fact that the Rescuer, Jesus, arose the morning of the third day, and because He rose, so shall we! No amount of earthly troubles should KEEP us heavy laden. Everything else after the resurrection directs our praise and worship to Him. In other words, we can go through tribulation while we wait for Him, and in the midst of those nights, He develops our worship. A life lesson I'm happy to share through this song. "Worship is made in the night but will I trust you, when I can't see any light, you're who I run too. Worship is made in the fire, but will I trust you, when situations are dire, you're who I run too!" "I think the reason people praise what they enjoy is not nearly to express the joy, but to complete the joy. Which means, that if God would have your joy complete, He must command you to do what would make you infinitely and eternally happy, namely, see, savor and say, His praises. God is the One being in the universe for whom gathering attention for Himself, is not arrogant, is not selfish, is not abusive and manipulative, but is love pure and simple."
