Group Coaching and Ecosomatics for wellbeing and personal growth in group settings

The Nature Coaching Certificate is the program dedicated to those who wish to learn how to design and facilitate personal growth and wellbeing experiences in groups, deepening their knowledge and practice of:

• group coaching
• Ecosomatics (embodiment, deep connection with Nature, contemplative practices)
• Nature Bathing and Mindfulness with Nature
• The Eight Natural Archetypes : a framework for designing, organizing, and guiding inner growth experiences in synergy with eight different aspects of the natural world: Desert and Light, Soil, Waters, Tree and Forest, Mountain, Sky, Volcano, and Great Void.
  

The «Nature Coaching Certificate» programme is issued after attending three learning trunks: Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations (20 hrs ONLINE), 5-day WORKSHOP (40 hrs in person), 40 hrs Nature Coaching ONLINE, totalling 100 hours.
Pre-requisite: successful completion of the Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations Course.

ONLINE LEARNING TRACK: 40 HOURS
40 hours of online learning delivered through digital content accessible independently, complemented by a series of webinars (online via Zoom).

KEY TOPICS:
• How to design and lead group personal growth and wellbeing experiences with an approach based on the integration of group coaching and ecosomatics (contemplative practices, embodiment, deep Nature connection)
• How to use The Rose of the Eight Natural Archetypes, the original framework of the Nature Coaching Academy focused on the archetypes of Desert and Light, Soil, Waters, Trees and Forests, Mountain, Sky, Volcano, Great Void.
• Relationship with the Genius Loci, Ecopsychology, Biomimicry, Ecological Awareness, Ecological Friendship, Biophilia.
• The ecosomatic continuum and ecosomatic states of consciousness.

IDEAL COMPLETION OF THIS LEARNING TRACK:
In-person WORKSHOP: 40 hours Nature Immersion to practice the ecosomatic approach to group coaching for personal growth: Nature Bathing, deep contemplation, Biophilia, and many other teachings that will complete your training and enable you to obtain the Nature Coaching Certificate. ENROL HERE.
