Too expensive to live, to stubborn to give up

I don't like asking for anything I didn't work tooth and nail for but that has cost me valuable time and money I will never see again. It's getting ridiculously expensive to live just about anywhere but rent being increase to nearly doubled is just unethical. I need help. I've used my savings to feed myself and my loved ones, delivered food and medicine to my grandmother and it's turning into debt. If you can, please,expenses are getting out of hand. I do not have any subscriptions or streaming services, I haven't ordered take out since March of 2023, but the prices of everything continues to climb higher and higher.
