Puglia, the heel of Italy's boot is an incredible place. Filled with historical sites dating back, in some cases,thousands of years, and traditions that seem to reach back just as far, it is also home to culinary innovationsfrom the last century like Caffe Speciale and Spaghetti all'assassina.
