My Story - Your Self Control Blueprint mini eBook
The Self Control Blueprint
Unfiltered —
60 pages of pure raw gold blended with my story -
(published in March 2025)
This is the second part of my story, with events after 2020, when I published The Journal of Human Emotions eBook (the first part of my story).
In this SC Blueprint, you will discover a raw story filled with original frameworks and perspectives that will help you gain self control over your thoughts, emotions, actions, and reactions.
Frameworks discovered when nothing else worked.
Inside the SC Blueprint:
I always connect with people everywhere I go, and they just come to me to share their stories. They always leave feeling a bit better.
It’s humane to do it.
This was not an exception!
I treat people for who they are, and not for what they went through. Nor for their money, status or degrees.
Because I know there is a door to transformation ready to be opened for them. Each of us can at least show them ‘the door’.
---
In that moment I served him the truth I was also holding back
---
This is a trick you can do as mental work when you can’t regulate your emotions. It will help you snap out of the situation and will be a good Reminder that you have to continue doing the work.
---
Sometimes, when you hear the truth, even in a calm tone, but firm… it may seem offensive, loud, irrelevant, and maybe even threatening.
*A truth that shakes someone’s foundation and beliefs, especially if it challenges their identity - can be easily perceived as a threat, or offensive, when in reality is not.
---
- Identity Method for Gaining Confidence -
A game changer in regaining Confidence - was this method that I will share with you now - and I recommend you to try it.

Later edit, new feedback, August 2026:
“Your insights, experience, and dedication have given me new perspectives and inspired me in many ways. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to learn from and stay connected with you.”
“Your perspective reminds me of the philosophy of Jaggi Vasudev (Sadhguru) and the Isha Foundation.”
“I believe your work offers meaningful guidance in this direction. It isn't just an e-book. It provides practical protocols that people can follow and apply in their daily lives. The real value lies in practicing those methods and experiencing the results.”
“I feel that your work has the potential to help heal one of today's most important challenges: how couples can maintain healthy behavior, emotional balance, and mutual respect in their relationship.”
“I read it today, and it presents every single part of life.”
“One of the most meaningful lessons I took from your mini e-book is that whenever we feel angry, we should pause. Anger can awaken our negative instincts and behaviors, and if we don't become aware of it, we can gradually come under its influence. Learning to manage anger was one of the most valuable insights I gained from your work.
I also feel that this practice brings a real shift in the way we think. It changes our perspective on life, ...”
And the positive feedback keeps pouring.
More in the Blueprint.
Thank you.
