Waiting for the Man (with the dustcart)

I stated on my leaflet I would collect within the week. The idea being after the council had done one final big sweep - after which their job will be hell of a lot easier, namely 5 days max. litter drop. It just shows how lax they are as you are seeing the litter increase big time due to them being late.
