Hi there! I'm Daniel, a certified personal trainer and behavior change coach.

I’m a father of three who turned my own personal #fitness journey into a career driven by a passion to help others become happier, healthier, and more confident.

I’ve seen firsthand how a lack of regular exercise and poor healthy lifestyle habits can have negative ripple effects throughout all aspects of your life. I’ve also seen how getting disciplined and owning your role in your own physical health can turn everything around and make you love yourself again, but also inspire those around you to take charge of their own health.

Often times what folks need is someone in their corner helping them by holding them accountable and assisting them while they work through sticking points in their days and routine. That's where I can help.

As a certified personal trainer and a behavior change coach, I've been able to help a number of clients work toward their goals with a personal approach, instead of a cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all manner of making everyone use the same process. Because the process and habits that work for one client may not work for the next. Neither one is better than the other, except that each client receives the support and coaching they need.
