4 slices of sourdough bread
½ cup hummus
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
Spread hummus evenly on one side of each sourdough bread slice.
