1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon baking powder (buy here)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (buy here)
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup sourdough starter (buy here)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss together the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the blueberry mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out into an even layer.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
