Achetez un café à Deal With Narcissist

My goal is to support people who are dealing with narcissistic behaviour and the confusion that comes with it. I grew up with a narcissistic father, so I understand how draining and overwhelming these dynamics can be. It affects your thoughts, your confidence, and even the way you see yourself.

Over time I learned how to shift my attention back to myself, rebuild my self-worth, and move toward a calmer, kinder state of mind. It wasn’t quick, but it was possible. That experience is why I create content today: to help others find clarity, protect their energy, and reconnect with who they are.

If my work has helped you in any way, I’m truly grateful. I hope my videos, articles, and resources give you strength, insight, and the feeling that you’re not dealing with this alone 💜.
