Hi Money Makers,
Finance really does matter, and my main aim is to add value to my readers lives and all those I interact with, so that each of us can make better, smarter, and wiser financial choices. This is why I focus on money matters - FOR YOU.
It is important to remember that money is a tool for you to use to get what you want in life. It shouldn't control you, but you should control it.
With that being said; I realized this quite early on in my early teenage years, and this is how I began to change my relationship with money.
Coming from a background where money wasn't taught as a tool and wasn't freely accessible, I knew immediately that I needed to save what ever money I came across or earned. Which brings me to my next point, which probably is the most valuable lesson I ever learned; - 'never spend more money than you earn'.
Yes, I know that this sounds easier said than done, but it was easier for me, I think, because I learnt it early on in my life. And like with most things, over time, you become better, stronger, and more resilient.
Sidenote:
I know that at certain times we all struggle with money lasting us until our next pay day, but if you don't make a conscious effort to spend less, or earn more, then how will you ever accumulate wealth?
Let us build our emergency funds, and say NO to BAD DEBT.
Let's grab a coffee?
