My first experience at Ling Ung Pagoda in 2017 felt like stepping into a serene realm suspended between the heavens and the sea. The towering Bodhisattva Guan Yin or Lady Buddha statue, gleaming under the sun, immediately captivated my attention. I remember feeling a deep sense of peace as the cool ocean breeze mingled with the scent of incense. The pagoda's intricate architecture, with its dragon carvings and sweeping roofs, seemed to hold stories of ancient wisdom. It was more than just a visit—it felt like a pilgrimage, a moment where the spirit could pause and reconnect with something timeless.
