I know... long time, no see, right? Been at least 3 years since I updated this platform
But...
I turned 40 recently...
and with that has come a renewed sense of self and the recentering of the importances in my life.
This year: I take precident... even beyond my nonprofit. I will need to show up in ways that will allow others to do what's needed but... I need to see myself in my year and not just because I had to do all the things as usual.
All in all, if you've stuck around this long... there have been a number of changes and I will update within the coming days and weeks.
