About Daredoole
I build and contribute to open source projects focused on Linux, desktop workflows, hardware integration, and automotive tech.
Right now I am working on a few main areas:
mwb-client-linux
A Fedora focused Linux client for Mouse Without Borders style control between Windows and Linux. The goal is smooth mouse, keyboard, clipboard, and desktop integration that feels native instead of hacked together.
ambient-aerial-linux
A separate Linux project for 4K ambient wallpapers and aerial style visuals. Think polished Apple TV style backgrounds, but built for the Linux desktop.
VW/Audi MMI 3G research
I also work on reverse engineering, recovery research, firmware exploration, and documentation around VW and Audi MMI 3G systems, especially RNS850 and related Harman units.
Open source contributions
Alongside my own projects, I contribute to open source tools when I find bugs, missing Linux support, packaging issues, or areas where I can help improve the experience.
If my work helps you, saves you time, or gives you a useful starting point, coffee support helps cover testing hardware, hosting, packaging, development time, and the random parts needed to keep building.
