I’m an L3 Technical Support Engineer at an MSP by day, where I wrangle everything from WatchGuard firewalls and 3CX phone systems to Azure AD and Hyper-V environments. When I’m not troubleshooting escalated tickets, I’m building tools for the Obsidian community.
I’ve developed plugins like Auto Keyword Linker and Ember that help thousands of users organize and visualize their notes. I love creating practical solutions that solve real problems—whether it’s through TypeScript for note-taking workflows or PowerShell for infrastructure automation.
Outside of tech, I’m into speedcubing and enjoy tackling mathematical puzzles that keep my problem-solving skills sharp.
