Hi Everyone,

My name is Maria and I was born and raised in Denmark. At age 21 I traveled to NYC the first time, fell in love with the City. I wanted to try and live here. Just for a couple of months. 13 trips later in 2011 I moved permanently to Queens, NYC.
I did try out Las Vegas for a moment but learned that I belong in New York City. This is home. This is where I have my roots, where I raise my two children.

I am a tourism professional, the owner of a small travel company providing concierge services and sightseeing in Danish and English.

And whenever I can I'll go on budget friendly road trips on the East Coast. Back in 2020 I drove from Las Vegas back home to NYC. Cross country. The most intense experience I have ever had.

I am forever grateful to the many loyal followers who have been here since day 1.

I have lived in my apartment for 5 years. It's a decent place in Rego Park. The building is from 1939. It's a big 1-bedroom and I've been happy for the most part.
