Hey 👋 I just created a page here. You can now buy me a coffee!
I am offering reiki 💚🌈
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. Reiki works by channelling/guiding universal life force energy into the body, the body takes in the energy where most needed. The belief is that the practitioner is able to stimulate the bodies natural healing abilities, Reiki can help someone through a period of life and carry them forward in a more sustainable way with a relaxed approach to life. It helps to connect to their inner core to balance energy, accessing the parasympathetic system to aid relaxation so that they have some space to consider any challenges in their life. Enabling a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. It’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again.
