We did it! 🌺 We planted 1000 flowers!
And as promised, that means I planted a real live tree in our neighborhood park, Parque Los Pajaros, here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I chose a tabachín (Delonix regia) most commonly called the royal poinciana, flame tree, or flamboyant. It's a native tree here, loves being planted in rainy season, gives a lot of shade, and produces amazing red flowers.
We did this! ❤️
