Recently, I have lost my job due to circumstances I couldn't control as it was part of a mass firing. When this happened, I was already burned out and my mental health has been horrible. I need some time to figure out my next move but also the job market at this moment is not great.
Moreover, in May, I went to the doctor for a long-overdue medical check-up. This is how they found a uterine leiomyoma (fibroid). It doesn't explain my other symptoms, but it needs to be taken out as soon as possible to avoid future complications. Afterwards, I need to see what exactly is causing the testosterone issue and difficulty losing weight. It's gonna be a long journey. This is not covered by my insurance, plus the state hospitals in my area don't have the best conditions.
