Let me introduce myself: Back in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, I was put on antidepressants for my anxiety, and have since been normalising the stigma around mental health and medication 💊
Two years ago, I underwent a laparoscopy, where endometriosis nodules were found and cauterised. Despite this, I still experience the symptoms 🌻
Last year, I was diagnosed with a sliding hiatus hernia and gluten sensitivity 🌾
I use social media as a way to share my experiences and lessons learnt, in the hopes of raising awareness and helping others.
