Dr. Facilier is kind of good at crowd control & can be pretty if paired with correct toons like magica or tia, his damage & crowd control is pretty good from green skill.
He is low on armor & what makes him cool is his red skill, which reduces green skill cooldown by 3 seconds for 3 curse enemies.
So, attack speed makes him more useful as he curses enemies with basic attacks also. Therefore, based on resources you can use the following mod matrix.
