My name is Dr. Priyanga Rao. I am a medical doctor and a registered pathologist. Additionally, I am a passionate medical cartoonist, an avid comic book reader, a book collector, and an existential philosopher. I am the illustrator, writer, and designer of the medical content website, Creative Med Doses.

This website, along with my upcoming books, is aimed at medical students and educators who are eager to explore innovative and engaging ways of learning. My goal is to help them gain in-depth knowledge that goes beyond merely passing exams and obtaining a degree.

The medical cartoons and fun maps are designed to transform medical learning. Research shows that memory retention of medical information improves when it's presented as cartoon-style visual maps, flow charts, and minicomics, compared to traditional lengthy texts, which can be tedious for both students and professionals.
