Offri un caffè a Sam Milburn (Could it be ADHD?)

All donations are gratefully received. I’m taking pockets of time out of the ‘paid’ job now while I continue to grow the podcast so every bit helps.

This podcast (and this channel!) is helping get the message out there to others about what to look for when considering a late ADHD diagnosis. It’s a huge support for others and it’s helping people to feel understood on their journey. I aim to share a huge range of varied experiences so that you feel seen in your own unique way. When you’ve met one person with ADHD you’ve met one person with ADHD. I also aim to debunct this myth that ADHD is a trend or ‘over-diagnosed’ Self diagnosis is valid as not everyone has that privilege.
