I am a teacher with a primary focus on Compassionate Communication; a  writer; an artist, including intuitive Heart Portraits; and creator of Cards for Remembering, a 48-card deck that inspires self-connection, self-compassion, and self-care.  I am also a Reiki Master in Usui and Holy Fire Reiki. This work is all part of my business,  Hart Communication, LLC, focused on accompanying people as they practice connection, courage, and creativity.
