My name is Sivenkosi Runeli, an African storyteller and passionate Filmmaker. A small town girl , who came to the big city of Cape Town to pursue her dreams. The journey has not been easy; I have faced with many setback in my personal and career life, I wanted to give up so many times. Navigating this life on my own ,after my biological mother passed away when I was only 12years old (18 years in counting yet still so painful). Through it all, I have been blessed to conquer many obstacles and fears...with this wisdom , I would like to share my voice with many young girls /women, to bringing stories to life that may install lost hope , in my community, country and continent.

My dream is rejuvenate and liberate the young minds of South Africa and Africa at large; to relook and view themselves as worthy and of royalty... this way we may shine and take pride in our narratives.
