I have been teaching young people meditation for over 2 decades and I'm passionate about giving young people access to mindful skills. I know from personal experience how much it can reduce the impact of trauma and stress.
I love sharing new mindful and meditation practices that make it interesting and creative so young people can learn. I've written 3 books about this to help people do this.
I love to spread the word about good practice so I love to share free meditation ideas and tips to inspire others to help kids access mindful coping strategies.
