The London Commedia Centre is led by Barry Grantham and Bill Tuck, with support from Cheryl Stapleton and Dr. Olly Crick.
We produce a free online quarterly journal, CommediaZannizine, packed with insightful and useful articles about all things connected to Commedia dell'Arte. It is our priority to bring you high quality, detailed articles that are varied and engaging, together with wonderful, carefully sourced images that are often rare and unique.
The London Commedia Centre is also the venue for our annual Commedia Festival bringing together leading exponents of Commedia from around the world for performances, workshops, talks, demonstrations and more.
All of this is done for the sheer love of Commedia and driven by our team goal which is to raise the status of Commedia within the modern theatre world and to ensure that it is regenerated, reinvigorated and rediscovered by future generations to keep the spirit of Commedia alive and vibrant.
